  • What payment methods are available?
    We accept credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) through our secure third party payment gateway Stripe.
  • Are the programs customised to my needs?
    Yes, each program is customised to your needs based on your goals and your food preferences.
  • What does it mean by 2x Single Day Meal Plans?
    You will receive 2x meal plans that you can choose between on a daily basis throughout the week. Every week when you check in with your coach you will be able to make alterations/changes to your 2 meal plans.
  • Are there vegetarian or vegan options?
    Yes, there are both vegetarian and vegan options. Your customised program is completely individualised, and most allergy requirements can be catered for.
  • Do I have to do gym exercises to lose fat and achieve my goal?
    For Nutrition only clients, you don't have to perform gym/weight lifting exercises. I incorporate and include your preferred choice of physical activity whether it be walking, running, pilates, yoga, swimming etc into your plan.
  • Do I need to join a gym or have access to gym/fitness equipment to execute my program?
    If you have access to a facility either at home, hotel or at your dispense on a permanent regular basis then no otherwise you will need access to a facility with general weight machines/ join a gym with fitness and strength equipment.
  • If there are certain movements that I'm not comfortable with or unable to perform due to injury, will you be able to cater and give me alternatives?
    Yes, your program will be tailored to suit your needs, injuries, limitations etc.
  • What if I don't have time to do all the training sessions in the week?
    We understand life can be busy and you may be struggling to find time to fit in your exercise plan each day, if this is the case we’d encourage you to contact us so we can offer you some solutions. We don’t recommend you double up your sessions as this could result in injury and fatigue.
